Our deodorants are not antiperspirants, so in theory, they won’t stop you from sweating. One of our customers has shared that after they went through the initial detox period, they felt that they sweat less. Sweating is an important natural experience that our bodies go through as our pores open up. Read more.

Our deodorant paste, 2 oz jars, and our deodorant stick, 2 oz push-up tubes, will typically last 2-3 months. 1 oz versions typically will last 6 weeks.

It’s really a preference on how you’d like to apply it. Our deodorant stick has the same base ingredients as our sensitive deodorant paste plus more beeswax so we can put it into a tube.

As some transition to natural deodorant, it may be irritating to the skin. If you are having an allergic reaction, it will appear immediately. If this happens, we suggest you stop using the product. Some have experienced a detox rash that appears more gradually, usually within 3 weeks, and will go away after your underarms acclimate to the deodorant.

Yes. Our products will begin to melt if in direct heat, so we suggest you store them at room temperature. If they begin to melt, stick them in a cool spot, even the refrigerator and you should be good to go.
With regards to our body whips, the fluffy whip texture will melt in the heat. Don’t worry, they still will work great after they cool down. If you want that whipped-feeling, again, you can simply use a hand mixer to fluff it.

We ship 2-5 days after your order has been placed, not including weekends and holidays. Our products are shipped via USPS from Fairport NY. You will receive an email once your shipment is on the way.

At Mona Moon Naturals, we hope you love your selections. However, if you are not happy with your purchase, please send an email to info@monamoonnaturals.com to arrange the return of the unused portion in its packaging for a refund within 30 days of purchase.
Once we have received your return, we will issue a credit or refund for the purchase price, less the cost of shipping. You will be responsible for the shipping unless there is a flaw with the product. (Separation or melted ingredients are not considered flaws.)
